What moves the price
- Benchtop. Laminate from $840, stone from $2,100.
- Cabinetry. Quality flat-pack or custom joinery — the biggest single line, about 38% of the budget.
- Moving the sink or cooktop adds plumbing and electrical work.
- Removing a wall. A load-bearing wall needs an engineer’s beam design and a building permit, quoted separately.
Appliances are not in the price — on purpose
You buy the appliances, so you pick the brands and catch the sales. We install them as part of the job at no extra charge.
Timing
Cabinetry takes 6–8 weeks to manufacture once the layout is signed off, which is why a complete kitchen runs 5–7 weeks and a custom one 8–10. The sooner the layout is decided, the sooner we start.
